By accessing or using Cyberstrike's penetration testing platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Cyberstrike provides AI-powered penetration testing tools, security assessment agents, and related services designed for authorized security testing. Our platform includes autonomous agents, MCP tools, and reporting capabilities.

3. Authorized Use Only

You agree to use Cyberstrike only for lawful purposes and only on systems you are authorized to test. You must:

  • Obtain proper written authorization before testing any system
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services to attack systems without permission
  • Not use our services for malicious purposes
  • Report any vulnerabilities found responsibly

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Policy

Cyberstrike operates on a BYOK model where you provide your own AI API keys. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of service of your AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and any associated costs.

6. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Cyberstrike and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Cyberstrike and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cyberstrike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.

9. Disclaimer

Cyberstrike is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our tools will find all vulnerabilities or that our service will be uninterrupted.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the platform.
