usb: dwc3-meson-g12a: fix usb2 PHY glue init when phy0 is disabled

When only PHY1 is used (for example on Odroid-HC4), the regmap init code

uses the usb2 ports when doesn't initialize the PHY1 regmap entry.

How can CyberStrike help with CVE-2021-47273?

CyberStrike is an open-source, AI-augmented pentesting engine. Rather than flag a version number, it tests whether an issue like CVE-2021-47273 is actually reachable in your own applications and APIs, then verifies each finding before reporting it. That tells you if the weakness is a real, exploitable risk in your environment or a false positive you can safely deprioritize.
