In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

soc: qcom: icc-bwmon: Fix refcount imbalance seen during bwmon_remove

The following warning is seen during bwmon_remove due to refcount

imbalance, fix this by releasing the OPPs after use.
